Add Malaysia School Holidays Calendar to Your Phone!
Every year around this time, parents start waiting eagerly for one thing —
the official school holiday calendar from the Ministry of Education (MoE)! 😄
Good news — it’s finally out!
And to save you the trouble of checking dates again and again, we’ve created a Google Calendar version of the 2026 school holidays that you can easily add to your phone.
Now you can check school holidays anytime, anywhere — and even get reminders before they start!
🗓 Why Add It to Your Phone?
If you’re a parent, you’ve probably Googled “Malaysia school holiday 2026” more times than you can count.
But instead of searching every time you need to plan a family trip, sign up for a camp, or arrange tuition, just add our holiday calendar once — and it’ll stay updated automatically!
Note that this is NOT an App, NOT an App and I repeat again: NOT an App. Instead, this is just a Google Calendar that mark down Malaysia school holidays, making easy for parents to check.
📱 How to Add the 2026 School Holiday Calendar
Here are the two simple ways:
✅ Option 1: Subscribe to the Calendar (Recommended)
This is the easiest and most convenient way.
1️⃣ Click one of the link below to subscribe, depending on your state
Group A (Kedah, Kelantan, Terengganu) School Holiday Calendar
2️⃣ When prompted, click “Add.”
Done! That’s it!
You’ll now see “Group A/B: School Holidays and Exams (Malaysia)” in your Google Calendar.
Benefits:
- Any updates we make (e.g. new MoE announcements) will appear automatically.
- You don’t need to re-download anything.
- Notifications are built in (see below 👇).
📂 Option 2: Download the .ics File (for Apple / Outlook users)
If you’re using Apple Calendar, Outlook, or your phone’s default calendar app:
1️⃣ Click to download:
Group A Google Calendar
2️⃣ Open the file and select “Add to Calendar.”
You’ll see all school holiday dates right away.
Note: This option doesn’t auto-update. If the MoE changes any dates later, you’ll need to download the updated version again.

We’ve added a 7-day notification before every school holiday!
If you’ve subscribed to the calendar, your phone will automatically notify you a week in advance:
