MPT4华语试卷格式

丁组：15分
从两道题目中任选一题完成作文，字数不少于120字

题目包括选择题、其他形式客观题、限制式作答题及开放式作答题，并按照低、中、高难度5:3:2的比例编排。

2026 MPT4 BC Model Paper

This BC model paper is developed according to the latest 2026 Standard 4 Learning Matrix Assessment (MPT4) format released by the Ministry of Education’s Examination Board. It helps students become familiar with the paper structure, question types and answering requirements before the actual assessment.

The paper goes beyond testing vocabulary and basic language knowledge. It includes multiple-form stimuli, reading comprehension and writing tasks that assess students’ ability to understand, apply, analyse, evaluate and express ideas. The content covers essential BC knowledge and skills from Standard 1 to Standard 4, making it suitable for full-paper practice and identifying areas that require further improvement.

MPT4 BC Paper Format

The assessment is 1 hour 15 minutes long and carries a total of 50 marks. It consists of four sections:

Section A: 10 marks
Comprehension of multiple-form stimuli and language knowledge

Section B: 15 marks
Text comprehension and language knowledge

Section C: 10 marks
One guided writing task based on the materials provided, with a minimum length of 40 Chinese characters

Section D: 15 marks
Students choose one of two essay questions and write at least 120 Chinese characters

The paper includes multiple-choice questions, other objective question formats, limited-response questions and open-response questions. The questions are arranged according to the official difficulty ratio of 5:3:2 for low, medium and high difficulty levels.
